As a writer, the rates in this page are somewhat good compared to most of the jobs posted in other sites. I am getting paid at least double the rate published in hitfreelance.com but I think, I will also post my resume there. I have a gut feel that they will also offer me my rate.

Finding a good match through the site's search function can be quite tricky. In the event that a searcher find difficulty in such, I recommend the use of the site's browse function, instead.

At this point, oDesk is still my favorite due to a number of reasons but I would recommend that both http://programmermeetdesigner.com/ and oDesk be extensively used in order to increase the chances of successfully finding good contractors or job/business providers.
