HURRAY, PAYPAL IS NOW FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR THE PHILIPPINES, MALAYSIA AND A FEW OTHER COUNTRIES!

This is great news for everyone!

I've just found out that Paypal account holders from the Philippines may start asking for, receive transfers and payments using their Philippine acounts.

Fellow Probloggers in Malaysia also reported the same positive news for their country's Paypal. I will check the list and come out with the other countries that were newly upgraded.

Now, that's great!
